In my practice, I help people of all ages and walks of life deal with a variety of issues. I work with adults, children and adolescents, and older adults to overcome issues ranging from anxiety and depression in adults, to school or behavioral problems in kids, to grief and chronic illness in older adults. Adults

Adults may reach out to me for help when they have been met with stressful life circumstances, such as difficulties at work, marital issues, loss of a loved one through death or divorce, divorce adjustment, blended family struggles, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and bipolar disorder, to name a few. Also, there are different phases of life that tend to be stressful, for example: going to college, marriage, the birth of a child, health issues, or caring for an older parent.

Children and Adolescents

Many parents come to me with concerns about a child or teen who is experiencing trouble at home or school with peer relationships, behavioral problems, emotional problems like depression and anxiety, loss of a loved one, and adjusting to changes like divorce or a blended family.

 

When I work with children and teens, I usually spend time with them individually as well as some time with their parents so that I can help you help your child with the issues with which they’re struggling.
